TurnKiK Smile is a video production service operated by TurnKiK Marketing LLC, based in Houston, Texas. We produce cinematic smile transformation videos for cosmetic dental practices. Contact us at smile@turnkikmarketing.com.
We collect your name, practice name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. When you submit an order, we collect before and after patient photos and procedure descriptions you provide. We collect payment information through Stripe — we never store card numbers directly. We collect usage data through standard web analytics.
Patient photos uploaded to our platform are used solely to produce your transformation video. We do not share, sell, or distribute patient photos to any third parties. Patient names are never required and should not be included in uploads. Photos are stored with industry-standard encryption and are permanently deleted from our production environment after your video is delivered.
All data is stored on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We retain account data for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing smile@turnkikmarketing.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You may also request a copy of your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on this site.
