TurnKiK Smile produces cinematic transformation videos from before and after patient photos submitted by licensed dental professionals. By creating an account and placing an order, you confirm that you are a licensed dental professional and that you have appropriate consent to use patient imagery for marketing purposes.
All orders require payment in full at the time of submission through our secure Stripe checkout. Prices are displayed in USD. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time. One-time orders are non-refundable after the video has been delivered, except where our satisfaction guarantee applies.
We offer unlimited revisions on every order until you are satisfied. If after revisions you are still not satisfied with your first order, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee applies to first orders only.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 business days of receiving complete, usable photos and case details. Delivery timelines may be extended during periods of high volume or if submitted photos require a retake.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before submitting photos for video production. Do not include protected health information (PHI) such as patient names, dates of birth, or identifying information in your submissions. TurnKiK Smile is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not serve as a Business Associate. Use of this service for PHI-containing content is prohibited.
Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the produced video for commercial marketing purposes. TurnKiK Smile retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable excerpts of produced videos for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
TurnKiK Marketing LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
